[Support request] Aquavalve 5 flooding

    I seem to have one tray that is flooding I have the version one trays with aquavalve 5s and the upgraded pieces. Silicon is good. What else do I check?

    Hi There,

    I would suspect the issue could probably be that you are using the old tray design with the new AQUAvalve 5, ideally the AQUAvalve 5 should be used with the new grommeted trays, because of the thickness of the blue pipe that connects to the AQUAvalve it lends its self to in some instances lifting the front end of the AQUAvalve, this is why the new trays were designed.
