[Support request] Air dome/CO2

I’m in a passive flow room. Some of the central AC ducting for my house is in my room. When the AC is running my CO2 can get as high as 1000, which I love. But my air pump for my air domes is in my room. Will the higher CO2 have an effect on my roots? Do roots absorb CO2 like they absorb O2? Am I overthinking it? Thanks for the help!
