I would suspect the issue could probably be that you are using the old tray design with the new AQUAvalve 5, ideally the AQUAvalve 5 should be used with the new grommeted trays, because of the thickness of the blue pipe that connects to the AQUAvalve it lends its self to in some instances lifting the front end of the AQUAvalve, this is why the new trays were designed.
