    the zipper stitching has separated from the interior lid so it will no longer closd

    Hi There, if you bought the item from AutoPot in the UK please contact mail@autopot.co.uk, also providing your invoice. If you purchased from another supplier please contact them directly and as long as the reservoir is within warranty, they will exchange it.
