I have been blown away by the autopot system i installed in my 4 light grow room. It’s been relatively maintenance free, but today i have a flood on my hands.

The floor is not perfectly level, but it isn’t out of level enough to cause the pots overflowing, they have been in for two months now.

All the valves are seated properly in their trays, but a few of them are overflowing.

I am running all REMO nutrients.
Using a mag 1200 for recirc in my res.
This is a 36 plant system, maybe four of the 36 plants are leaking onto the floor.

it is incredibly hard to get access to the float valves as the crop is fully grown in there is very little room to maneuver in my room.

Is there a product you recommend to flush out any blockages? or do i need to remove the aquavalves and clean and rebuild them all?

    Thanks for the help!

Is it correct that all pots on a single Aquavalve need to be at the same height level to avoid overfilling of the lowest tray OR under-filling of the highest pot?

Wouldn’t it be the same reason to need for a spirit level?

If there is a significant difference in base level (eg: outdoor slope), wouldn’t you need a separate Aquavalve at each level?
