[Support request] Aquavalve 5 No Ebb and Flow, remains full

    Hi Josh,

    I recently purchased the 15l pot system with aquavalve 5, I’ve got 6 of them. I am struggling with overwatering symptoms and upon closer inspection, the valves don’t seem to be acting as they should, There is no Ebb and flow going on. I do the test with a syringe whereby a draw a slight bit of water from the tray and I notice that on some trays it very slowly fills back up, Thre valve is not shutting off correctly.

    I’ve checked the silicon on top multiple times and I cannot get them to work consistently and correctly. Please advise

    Hi Chris,
