[Support request] Can the pots be at a higher level than the water tank?

    Hi – I have bought the AutoPot Easy2Grow with 4 pots and I want to put the plant pots on a table and have the water tank on the ground. Is this possible or do the pots have to be at the same height as the water tank for the system to work?’

    Hi Emma,

    Unfortunately not as all our systems are gravity fed.
