[Support request] Linking 9mm piping to 4 mm tank

    I purchased your Easy 2 grow 6 pot system from Amazon but they have sent a 47 Litre tank with 4mm grommet whereas the trays have 9mm piping. I have contacted the seller on Amazon and am awaiting a reply but in the meantime are you able to advise on a solution please.

    Dear Mrs JH,

    Unfortunately you will need to speak with the seller, as you will need a reservoir with a 12.5mm hole in it and the 9mm Top Hat Grommet and 9mm golf filter, the hole you could do yourself but you will need a step drill bit and not a standard drill bit. I would ask the Amazon seller to resolve the issue for you. Please feel free to purchase directly from AutoPot in the future so that we can ensure all is correct.
