Generally if you are seeing higher levels ppm in your trays there could be an issue with your environmental control not being as it should be. The plants are not able to transpire correctly which in turn prevent the plants from taking up the fertiliser. Look at your environment and consider lowering the ppm or supplying just pH stable water for a period of time until your environment can be corrected.
